Here we have a very very rare 1987 Chevrolet El Camino SS Choo Choo That's right a Choo Choo . In the 80s Chevrolet contracted with Choo Choo Custom's to build these El Caminos as the SS version. They made about 2200 from 1983 until 1987 and ONLY 861 were built in 1987. They feature a custom slope nose, Raised hood scoop, SS decals and custom wheels, Okay so much for the history lesson about this cool car. This car needs some help, the car has a 305 V8 with a factory 4 barrel automatic transmission, power windows, door locks, tilt wheel, cruise control. Bucket seat and a factory console. The body on this car is decent with some rust on the bottom of the doors. the bed is very solid no rust at all. Paint is fair. the floor could use some help but very fixable. The interior is a gray cloth in very good condition except for head liner sagging. The main issue with this car is I can't get it running, the car has been sitting about 10 years and I can't get the engine to turn over. Although not shown in the picture I do have and will give with the car the custom Western Wheels that came with the car. This car is a great project for some with a little time and can appreciate the value of this great collectible. Do your home work and see what these cars are bringing on the market.
