Wider body panels, wider wheels, revised suspension and Grand Sport graphics to name a few. This particular Corvette was equipped with the LS3 376 c.i. 430 h.p. engine. Because it is a close ratio six speed manual it features a dry sump engine oiling system for performance minded drivers. Corvettes with the dry sump system had as standard equipment a differential cooler and a rear mounted battery. Braking is handled by an upgraded Z06 system with 14 inch rotors and six piston calipers in front and 13.4 inch rotors with four piston calipers in the rear resulting in tremendous stopping power that compliments the powerful LS3 engine. Standard and optional equipment includes: power rack and pinion steering, dual controlled climate system, heated rear window, tilt steering wheel, power outside electronically controlled rear view mirrors, power remote controlled door locks, keyless ignition and entry, six way heated seats for both driver and passenger, electronic drivers information system, cruise control and an AM/FM stereo system with CD.
