1969 Cadilliac DeVille Convertible, 472 V-8, series 683, 6 passenger. 45 year old "Classic Ride", 225" long (18'-9") It's a head turner, and everyone waves at you! It had a restoration done in 2002/03 but has spent a lot of nights outside since then. It looks great from a few feet away but it does have a few issues. Nothing major, just typical 45 year old car things. See note below. As my buddy said the other day "It Rides and Drives Like a Cadillac"! But seriously it does drive and ride good and cranks up every time. I made a 100 mile round trip in it a few weeks ago. The wife loves it but I have too many toys to keep it. It has black cloth seats that are in good condition. NOTE: This is a 45 year old car with a 12 year old restoration job. Looks great from 20 foot away, but does have clear coat issues on the right rear and a few small rust bubbles on quarter panels and trunk lid. The vinyl top has a place where it has pulled loose on the back passenger side. The passenger fender, door and qtr panel looks to have been worked in the past. Convertible top is a little slow. Sounds like it has a manifold leak. What does not work; air conditioner, radio, power seats, fuel gauge, clock & I don't have a trunk key but the remote switch in the glove box works. This car does not have a title, Alabama does not require titles on cars of this age. Bill of sale and local pickup only. I'm relisting this because the winning bidder did not pay!
