Maybe some 2" fab tec drop brackets for the front leaf's just to set her stout! But look's great as is...Just what I would personally do if I where to keep it...which has crossed my mind...Lol Cool truck with lot's of potential and only 137k miles with absolutely no oil leaks...Lots of life left in this tight ford...And no rust!She gets around 13mpg freeway and will get 10 pretty much no matter how you drive it...honestly not a lot different than my escalade...I thought they where worse on gas for a lifted truck it really isn't that bad...and all the money you save on maintanence,fuel and repairs on a 6.0 diesel...which I have owned and they are a money pit Guaranteed! The v10 is right at home pulling around a lifted beast like this...have a BIG boat/trailer or toys this three quarter ton power house is ready to get the job done and with three rows of clean seat's there's plenty of room for the crew...This is not a rig for broke wanna bee's...this is a boss's truck!
