Just sold a black version of this car....hope you don't plan to miss out on this nice one loaded up with all the goodies, too!! Properly maintained last year of this body 2000 "SPECIAL EDITION" V70 SE. Exterior has a handfull of small dents with typical dings and chips. But no signs of any rust or major body repairs. Bumper covers have seen better days with the typical parking lot lower rash up front, and bumper tag chips in the back. At least everything has been touched up nicely so from 10 feet away, its hard to notice. No damages, cracks or broken pieces on the front or rear covers. Corners show a few scrapes, one of the main fender dents are right below. Matching Kumho tires have no unusual wear and all ride on vibration free rims with minimal damages or rash. Front tires have about 50% tread left and rears a bit less. Should get you up to or thru the winter. 15" wheels keep the costs low. Below you can see another light dent in the driver's rear door. I did notice some signs of minor repaint but the color matches well. Light dent on the tailgate below. Hood and roof look great! Interior looks nice even tho it's seen better days. Euro tan leather never really held up well in our climates. Couple nicks on the door panels. Only one tear area in the leather driver's seat with minimal driver's bolster wear. No other noticable damages. No cracks in the dash. No uneven wear on the carpeting. Steering wheel is discolored but no worn thru areas. Headliner looks great. I hate smoke and I don't see or smell any signs of a former smoker. Comes with the SE interior wood package. For some reason the passenger trim panel under the glovebox is missing. Easy part to find in the local yards. Below you can see NO dummy lights are on during run and ALL come on during startup. I've logged eaily over a 100 miles on this car to ensure it's reliability. ALL of the power items work as they should: heated power driver's seat, heated passenger seat, sunroof, cruise, heated power mirrors, power windows (altho for some reason the rears DO NOT work-maybe a fuse or the main switch is worn-I haven't looked into it), Traction control, Winter mode, Home Link, AM/FM/CD/TAPE player, ICE COLD AIR CONDITIONING, HOT Heat, dual climate control, info panel, etc. Altho not factory, the floormats look great and trunk area comes with the Volvo issued mat. Unseen is the complete spare tire setup ready for your roadtrips! Solid gold below!! The integrated child booster seat!!! Above you can see the factory manuals are included with a reasonable original Volvo Dealer History records. Recent Illinois "PASS" Emission tag. One key is included. This was a California car originally. Obviously that "WINTER VOLVO" dealership couldn't service it anymore once the car came this way. Below you can see the ridiculously clean engine compartment. Pick a spot and eat off it!! Recent Interstate battery fires the perfectly running engine right up. New spark plugs installed. Contitech Timing belt has 40+k miles left until it's next replacement. Engine is smooth and strong. No ticking or knocking. Transmission shifts as it should. No signs of any major oil or coolant leaks. No spots on my shop floor overnight. No overheating. Fluids are clean. AC is ICE COLD! Brakes are great with no unusual pulsing or grinding. Suspension is quiet and noise free, no popping or rattles. Drives smooth with no unusual pulling or wandering.
