This is the most highly prized model of all vintage Hondas. The market for this bike has risen sharply in the US but it has skyrocketed in Japan. If you are looking for the next big investor opportunity the cl350 from 1968 and 1969 are the ones to watch. It is also an outstanding motorcycle. Easy and fun to ride with a light clutch pull and lots of low end power. Its really not much of an off road bike though in 1968 they used it in desert racing and it did win the first Baja 1000. This bike is great on the road and I have it set up with new road tires. This bike has never seen rain or dirt in all the years I have owned it. I thought I would own it forever but I just can't keep up with all my toys. This bike needs to have its carbs cleaned every year and I haven't done it for two. The bike will probably start if you put in a new battery ( Hondas always start ) but I would strongly recommend carb service. It is otherwise in terrific shape and I don't expect the bike will need anything else except polishing and detailing but this is a 45 year old motorcycle so please have realistic expectations.
