This is a 1930 Model A Ford that has been extensively modified and looks like a Gangster Era Car. Roof: The roof has been Chopped by pie cutting 5" at the A pillar to 2" at the rear window. The roof has been filled with a metal insert. The rain gutters have been filled and accented with half-round steel inserts. The windshield shade has been removed and laid back into the roof. Roof pillars made vertical. Body: The body has been Sectioned by pie cutting 6" at the radiator to 2" at the rear. All window, and door and pillars have been realigned to vertical. All doors frames and doors cut vertically and filled to vertical. Original hood also pie cut, lengthened 4 1/2' and refitted. External .Gas Filler at next to rear window Fenders: Both Original Rear Fenders and Taillights Bobbed. Front Fenders Fiberglass Plain Steel Running Boards molded to Chassis valances. No Bumpers Grill Shell and Headlights: Grill shell Sectioned 6" . Headlight stanchions reformed and dropped 6"'.. 1934 Ford Truck Headlights with turn signals and parking lights. Chassis: Tubular K Member added to chassis. Rear Crossmember raised 3". Chassis shortened 2" to center rear wheels. Hydraulic Shocks and Brakes all around. 4" dropped front axel. Split wishbones front and rear. Crossover Modern steering box and column. 19" front wheels and 21" rear wheels Engine and Transmission: 1988 Ford Turbo T-Bird 4 cylinder. 5 -Speed. Open Driveshaft . Fuel Injected. New ECM with Painless Wiring. Sanderson Header. 12Volt Electrics. Electric Fuel Pump. Fuel Cell in rear. Dual Right Side Exhausts above running board at front of rear fender Interior: Gutted. Two Aluminum Bucket seats recessed into floor onto K Member in order to allow "no slouch" driving. Steering Column and Wheel dropped to dashboard level for full front view when driving. Removable steering wheel , Some window garnishes available. Clear Titled, Licensed, Insured and Street Legal. Headlights, Tail and Brake Lights Parking Lights, Turn Signals, Horn. No wipers Quality: "1930's Gangster Look" About a 7.5 to 8.5 out of 10. Done with TIG , Acetylene, Lead and some Bondo.
