This great old truck has been in our family since 1979, but it's now time to find another owner to care for it...if I had the room I would restore it but just don't have the space. Although this CA truck has been sitting mostly unused since 2009, it has a lot of life left in it and runs well and, will run even better after it gets the tune-up and maintenance it needs. In 2009 all tires were replaced, as well as the transmission rebuilt and it's last maintenance; it's only been driven a few hundred miles since. The interior is in good shape and has aged decently considering being outside, although the seats have faded some and the headliner needs to be reattached as well but, it's all there. As for the exterior, it needs new paint/some minor body work and some window seals replaced, the camper shell is functional but probably not worth keeping. It was repainted twice, once because this generating GM paint did not hold up and then because of the malathion/fruit fly spraying. The only body work I recall is the front drivers fender & door were repaired/replaced at some point because the truck was backed in to, nothing else major besides that, all defects are pictured and it the windshield is cracked. The options are fairly basic aside from the heavy duty hauling capabilities (yet this truck has never towed or had a full camper on it), it has the dual fuel tanks, A/C that still works fine, power steering and power brakes. Mileage is approximate but close, I didn't take a pic of the odometer. Truck is also for sale locally.
