My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a Dodge Dakota 4x4 with the desirable extended cab. I would rate the exterior of this Dakota to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this isn't a bad looking truck. It is finished in two tone red and silver over matching red interior. Overall, this truck is in pretty good condition. The paint shows well for its age. As with any older truck, please don't expect it to be perfect. There is a spot on the left cab extension where the paint has chipped away as is common with these trucks as they age. Also please expect to find several scratches and other imperfections associated with a nearly 20 year old truck. The most obvious flaw on the body is that the tail gate was apparently damaged at one point and was replaced by a piece of wood. The previous owner inlcuded the original tail gate but it looks to be damaged beyond use. The best physical attribute about the body of this truck is that there is virtually no rust on the body...save for a little spot on the left fender behind the corner of the bumper. Please take your time and look at each of the pictures carefully. You'll see that the wheel arches, doors and cab are uncommonly nice. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood and doors open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory chrome wheels show well. Tire tread is average. The underside has a bunch of mud and dirt caked on but I didn't see any rot or serious rust issues. I would rate the interior of this Dakota to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. This is a pretty well optioned truck. She has power windows, locks and mirrors...all of which appear to be working properly. The door panels show well. The carpets have a few stains but are not worn heavily. The seats are in good shape and much better looking (and more comfortable) than the basic cloth. The rear seats can accommodate additional passengers or be folded up and out of the way to make room for your stuff. The radio is original and works properly. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The headliner sags a little as most of these do. Mechanically, this Dakota appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.9L Magnum V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The first thing you'll notice when you start this truck is that there is an exhaust leak. It sound like it is coming from the "Y" pipe up front but I haven't crawled under to conduct a thorough investigation. Her road manners are pretty good. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering and brakes feel good, too. The V6 engine makes plenty of power and feels strong. She keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. There have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. This Dakota comes to us as a fresh NEW DODGE TRADE from a smaller new Dodge dealer right here in York County, PA. She has a current safety inspection good through the end of September, 2014. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a Dodge Dakota 4x4 with the desirable extended cab. I would rate the exterior of this Dakota to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this isn't a bad looking truck. It is finished in two tone red and silver over matching red interior. Overall, this truck is in pretty good condition. The paint shows well for its age. As with any older truck, please don't expect it to be perfect. There is a spot on the left cab extension where the paint has chipped away as is common with these trucks as they age. Also please expect to find several scratches and other imperfections associated with a nearly 20 year old truck. The most obvious flaw on the body is that the tail gate was apparently damaged at one point and was replaced by a piece of wood. The previous owner inlcuded the original tail gate but it looks to be damaged beyond use. The best physical attribute about the body of this truck is that there is virtually no rust on the body...save for a little spot on the left fender behind the corner of the bumper. Please take your time and look at each of the pictures carefully. You'll see that the wheel arches, doors and cab are uncommonly nice. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood and doors open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory chrome wheels show well. Tire tread is average. The underside has a bunch of mud and dirt caked on but I didn't see any rot or serious rust issues.
I would rate the interior of this Dakota to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. This is a pretty well optioned truck. She has power windows, locks and mirrors...all of which appear to be working properly. The door panels show well. The carpets have a few stains but are not worn heavily. The seats are in good shape and much better looking (and more comfortable) than the basic cloth. The rear seats can accommodate additional passengers or be folded up and out of the way to make room for your stuff. The radio is original and works properly. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The headliner sags a little as most of these do.
Mechanically, this Dakota appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.9L Magnum V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The first thing you'll notice when you start this truck is that there is an exhaust leak. It sound like it is coming from the "Y" pipe up front but I haven't crawled under to conduct a thorough investigation. Her road manners are pretty good. The suspension feels nice and tight. The steering and brakes feel good, too. The V6 engine makes plenty of power and feels strong. She keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. There have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. This Dakota comes to us as a fresh NEW DODGE TRADE from a smaller new Dodge dealer right here in York County, PA. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.

There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any sort of warranty.
