We are helping a friend settle an estate and will be listing 4 cars at different degree's of restoration, a 1958 Impala, 1959 Sport Fury, 1975 Corvette and a 1976 Corvette with a Greenwood Body kit. 1959 Plymouth Sport Fury, 318 4 barrel with push button automatic and power steering. The mileage reading is 47,102 but I don't know if it is 147,102. Car will run and move forward and reverse however has been stored for many years and will need the brake and fuel system gone through. The tires are old and will need to be replace along with one rim which is rusted (actually 2 since it does not have a spare and a 15"tire and wheel on the left rear).The body is very nice. Having been painted many years ago it had time for any bad body work to show. There are a few small dents one crease dent on the right fender and right door and a couple small round dents also on the right fender. I also noticed one damage on the right top headlight trim and trunk lip molding. They look to me like things falling on it while it was stored. I am impressed with the paint and body work done and if he was able to complete the car after paint it would definitely have been show quality. But he did not. We went through several of his storage barns and found the majority of the parts to complete the car however since we did not disassemble it we would have no way of knowing if things are missing so this is an AS-IS auction.
