Newville, PA 17241717-776-6699 The car was bought from our local BMW dealership 2 years ago, it was their "BMW Roadside Assistance" vehicle (had the stripes and lettering) and was hit in the drivers door at a stop sign. The BMW dealership body shop wrote a huge estimate and totaled the car. I drove the car 35 miles back to the shop (just to let you know how bad it WASN'T....) I had a local body shop replace the door and rocker panel last year, sent it to the PA Enhanced Inspection, got the R-title and the car has just been sitting... The miles on the car ARE correct- 49,900 miles and CAN be verified by our local BMW dealership. Although, all R-title cars in PA now are branded NOT actual miles. The car sat at the body shop for 13 months while being fixed "No hurry guys"... Finally, I got upset and it got finished. I drove the car for a few weeks off and on, sent the ABS module out to be rebuilt, installed all new brakes, etc... During the winter I noticed a few drops of transmission fluid in the snow. I checked it out and it appears the front seal in the transmission is leaking. I filled it up, drove it to Baltimore and multiple trips here and there. Still leaks and I don't have the time or want to fix it. I planned on using it as my family truckster, but I just bought a 4.8is X5 to fill that need. The rear seats, carpet, cargo cover were all BRAND NEW, NEVER installed when I got the car. I also installed the style 5 wheels and 2003 E39 Halo headlights. The tires are cupped in the front from the previous car. Everything works in the car, Navigation screen is clean and clear, No engine or airbag lights, A/C is cold, heat works fine, heated seats also work fine. You can REALLY tell the car only has 49k miles. To review:Car was hit in the drivers door. Car has a PA R-title. Mileage is correct, but marked TMU.Transmission leaks out of the bell housing.Front tires are cupped.The car will be filled with transmission fluid and can be driven *home just fine.
