I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take your time and read the entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a fairly hard to find 1994 BMW 318i sedan. This generation of 3 Series was the most awarded ever as they are fantastic vehicles. I would rate the exterior of this 318i to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking car overall. However, you can clearly see that this BMW has suffered some hail damage. The Alpine White finish hides the small dents pretty well but there is visible hail damage on the hood, roof and trunk lid. There is also a circular crack in the windshield, presumably also from hail. Outside of that, the exterior shows very well. The finish shines nicely for its age. The body panels all line up straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The original wheel covers are all present and look good. This BMW is riding on a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior shows well for a 20 year old car. This 318i is a very rare factory cloth car...which I actually prefer to the leatherette found in nearly all 318's. The seats are soft, comfortable and supportive. The best thing is that you never have to worry about them getting brittle and splitting and they won't burn your legs in the summer. The cloth on the door cards is a little loose but they are all intact. The carpets show well for their age. You can see a few stains on the seats but they are not worn or torn. The dash and headliner are clean. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work. Both front seats are heated, too. The climate control system is original and appears to be working properly. The heater works well. The air conditioner will need charged as it does not blow cold air. Everything is original down to the factory radio...which still works properly and sounds good. A full set of owners manuals is included as well as the original flashlight. It's obvious that the previous owner treated this car well. The trunk is spacious and clean. Inside the trunk is the original spare and tools, too. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 1.9L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I was really impressed with this car. This is probably one of the nicest driving E36's I've had in a while. This car is as tight as a drum. The suspension feels confident and well sorted. The steering feels great. The brakes stop this car with no issues. The little engine makes good power and keeps perfect temperature at all times. I've personally owner a few 318's and I've had a few for resale, too. They are fantastic cars. They aren't the fastest things on the road but they are very reliable, fun to drive and get close to 40mpg on the highway! The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are crisp and smooth as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Again, this is one of the nicest driving E36's I've had in some time. The previous owner obviously took great care of this car. I would drive it anywhere without a second thought. The title to this car reads "not actual mileage". I have no idea if this is due to a clerical error (most common) or if perhaps the instrument cluster was changed at some point in the past, which is also possible as these clusters were known to go nuts sometimes. I can't really fault the car for the hail damage...any car can get caught outside in a hail storm. From having driven this car personally, it could easily pass for 87k miles mechanically. The interior shows a little more wear than I'd expect for 87k but it is 20 years old...so who knows. The mileage on the odometer may be right...it may be wrong. I have no idea. All I can do is judge the car on its current physical and mechanical condition and I can find no real faults aisde from the hail damage. The next owner of this car should be very happy with it. You can enjoy neary highway fuel economy that is approaching hybrid territory without looking like a tool or having to worry about all the maintainence issues associated with hybrid cars. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take your time and read the entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a fairly hard to find 1994 BMW 318i sedan. This generation of 3 Series was the most awarded ever as they are fantastic vehicles. I would rate the exterior of this 318i to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking car overall. However, you can clearly see that this BMW has suffered some hail damage. The Alpine White finish hides the small dents pretty well but there is visible hail damage on the hood, roof and trunk lid. There is also a circular crack in the windshield, presumably also from hail. Outside of that, the exterior shows very well. The finish shines nicely for its age. The body panels all line up straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. The original wheel covers are all present and look good. This BMW is riding on a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior shows well for a 20 year old car. This 318i is a very rare factory cloth car...which I actually prefer to the leatherette found in nearly all 318's. The seats are soft, comfortable and supportive. The best thing is that you never have to worry about them getting brittle and splitting and they won't burn your legs in the summer. The cloth on the door cards is a little loose but they are all intact. The carpets show well for their age. You can see a few stains on the seats but they are not worn or torn. The dash and headliner are clean. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work. Both front seats are heated, too. The climate control system is original and appears to be working properly. The heater works well. The air conditioner will need charged as it does not blow cold air. Everything is original down to the factory radio...which still works properly and sounds good. A full set of owners manuals is included as well as the original flashlight. It's obvious that the previous owner treated this car well. The trunk is spacious and clean. Inside the trunk is the original spare and tools, too.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 1.9L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I was really impressed with this car. This is probably one of the nicest driving E36's I've had in a while. This car is as tight as a drum. The suspension feels confident and well sorted. The steering feels great. The brakes stop this car with no issues. The little engine makes good power and keeps perfect temperature at all times. I've personally owner a few 318's and I've had a few for resale, too. They are fantastic cars. They aren't the fastest things on the road but they are very reliable, fun to drive and get close to 40mpg on the highway! The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are crisp and smooth as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Again, this is one of the nicest driving E36's I've had in some time. The previous owner obviously took great care of this car. I would drive it anywhere without a second thought.
The title to this car reads "not actual mileage". I have no idea if this is due to a clerical error (most common) or if perhaps the instrument cluster was changed at some point in the past, which is also possible as these clusters were known to go nuts sometimes. I can't really fault the car for the hail damage...any car can get caught outside in a hail storm. From having driven this car personally, it could easily pass for 87k miles mechanically. The interior shows a little more wear than I'd expect for 87k but it is 20 years old...so who knows. The mileage on the odometer may be right...it may be wrong. I have no idea. All I can do is judge the car on its current physical and mechanical condition and I can find no real faults aisde from the hail damage. The next owner of this car should be very happy with it. You can enjoy neary highway fuel economy that is approaching hybrid territory without looking like a tool or having to worry about all the maintainence issues associated with hybrid cars. Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
