This jeep was taken down to the frame and repaired\rebuit back up. This was a 3 year project that must now be sold due to family needs. I will try to list everything that has been done. Any rust areas were removed and\or replaced, fabricated floor understructure. Chassis sand blasted and coated with rust inhibitor and Eastwood chassis paint, all leaf spring cleats replaced. Front and rear axles recieved new inner\outer bearings and inner\outer axles seals. Dana 30 front diff and Dana 44 rear diff. New stainless steel brake lines, rebuit drum brakes all around, new master cylinder New 15 gallon fuel tank, new sending unit and new fuel lines up to new fuel pump. 304 v8 was completly dissasembled, heads decked, bored .030 over, all new internals (pistons, arm, rods, lifters, rings, cam, crank, seals) new alternator, fule pump new power steering pump (steers with one finger...) New seals in transmission and transfer case (like all 40 yr. old jeeps she still drips...?) T-14 trans and Dana 20 transfer case New u-joints in front and rear drive shafts Steering column rebuilt and shortened 2 inches to allow more driver space with an aftermarket race steering wheel....YES power steering Custome vinyl padded dash with new autometer guages and a vintage tach. New glove box (plastic box not cardboard), Stainless grab handle AM\FM CD player is from a 2005 Jeep TJ and pushes two 4" Rockford Fosgate speakers in the dash and two 6"x9" Sony Explodes in a hidden custom panel behind the rear seat. Rear seat is stock unit that was reuhostered to match the new front Garage Pro reclining bucket seats. Seat mount for front was reworked to sit lower and allow more leg room. Wheels are new Blackrock Vipers 15x8 with new BFG KM2 mud tires all around...31 x 10.5 Suspension lift is a new 2-1/2" Procomp spring lift with new Procomp shocks on the corners and a Procomp steering stabilizer on the front. Front bumper is a NOS shorty bullit hole Stainless unit Transmission has a 1-1/2" drop setup to alighn the driveshafts with the suspension lift. Tub recieved a full rust inhibitor spray, 2 coats of polyurathane primer, 2 coats of single stage silver paint, custom black hood and side graphics sprayed in black and then 2 coats or clear. (clear has been buffed but still has some orange peele and flaws that could use more buffing). Iside of tub, underside of tub, under hood and underside and inner side of front fenders recieved 2 coats of Raptor Bendliner before paint. Windshield is New as well as cowl seal and windshield seal. Stainless cowl vent leads to a brand new upper air box and heater control unit with new heater core and new control cables (3 cables work well). At the engine are all new hoses and belts, new alternator and power steering pump, new aluminum 2 row radiator with overflow system. Air cleaner is a finned aluminum piece and valve covers are finned aluminum Edelbrocks. front grill support rods are a nice stainless set. As I may have forgotten some details...PLEASE ask any and all questions if this Jeep seriously interest you. This is one I wish I could keep but just cant at this time. New headlights with new chrome bezels, new tail light assemblies, side marker lights and front turn/parking lamp assemblies The front end has a factory style sway bar that can be converted to a disconnect style if you choose to do so for off road use. The front dana 30 and rear dana 44 diff covers are the same finned aluminum style as the breather and valve covers. Windshield wiper arm assemblies are new with a new stainless motor cover as well.
