SuprDuty 7.3 Diesel 2x4 manual transfer case opperation on floor. 299,000 miles and many more to go. Completely no signs of age in the opperation of engine. 2001 F250, 3/4 ton I installed a used 4R100 Tranny from a Salvage yard that took it out of a Burnt engine Truck that had only 75 thousand miles on it. Good rubber at 85% Front end needs attention because it feels loose and hard to keep in a streight line. Im taking it to a front end guy in Thayer Mo on the end of this auction (if not sold) Thayer Mo 65791, on about the weekend of the tenth. Its here for sale in Kansas City Mo ( 64130 ) for this sale. Just keep in mind you will need to give this issue attention sometime. Please come drive it and together we will really look it over for any issues. I just dont think there is much to speak of. And I bet it will exceed the 500,000 miles Ive seen these 7.3s last out too. Very strong truck there is no transfer case noises and it goes right in and out of 4 wheel drive with ease. I changed and topped out all fluids. (Front Axel, Transfer Case, Rear Diff. and motor oil and filter , andTranny Fluid and its filter plus flushed out the Tranny fluid cooler and installed a brand new Tork Converter). Tranny fluid and all are christal clear with only 400 miles on since this work was done. Its been sitting at my house for a few months do to because I have been driving a one ton Ford latly,,, so other then a scratch or two, I cant remember,,, Oh yes two things is #1 a seam rip in drivers seat about 6 inches long, And a #2, couple rusty looking spots under white paint over drivers rear wheel. No way near looking like rusting hole or major rust spoting. #3 there is a small (Not Deep) Krinkle in the back pass. door and edge of bed next to it on door. Approx. 4''.....Look carefully at all pics.
