Up for sale is our 2012 Nissan Armada SV. I purchased it new for my wife 2 years ago. Her new job requires travel between 4 different hospitals and we are downsizing to a hybrid. It has been a great SUV. Super reliable and very versatile. It is finished in Galaxy Black with cloth charcoal interior. It has 31,000 very well kept miles. It is garage kept and all maintenance has been performed at the Nissan dealership and is up to date. It needs nothing but a new owner. It does qualify for the Nissan factory extended service plan and maintenance plans (you can buy this from your local Nissan dealer). It has 5,000 miles left on the factory bumper to bumper warranty, so you can buy the extended warranty up to 36k miles or 1 year from now. MSRP new was $44,310. It has many options including: TPMS, alarm, leather steering wheel, fog lights, mud flaps, running boards, roof rack, Bose stereo/CD, Rear air conditioning, chrome side mirrors, power tailgate, bluetooth, XM radio, homelink garage opener, tow package, and rear backup camera. It has the flex fuel option so you can put E85 in it. I am getting ~14.5 mpg in the city on 87 octane. Onto the pictures: The Armada is in great shape in and out. It gets washed every 2 weeks and detailed every few months. The tires have at least 90% tread left. The brakes are in excellent shape. All options work and electronics work 100% I have all the original books, the window sticker, the two remotes, and three keys. It needs nothing but a new owner! Fly in and drive it home!
