For your consideration today is a 2001 Yukon XL SLT 2500 with the Big Block 8.1. If you need room for the kids, dogs and all their stuff while you tow your camper with ease this is the one for you. Though its in Vermont now it was brought here from Rhode Island. The body has not been driven in a Vermont winter and the pictures tell the story. The rockers and pillars are rust free and the underside is equally as clean. This is a really nice truck, we have used it for 3 years to tow he camper and run the family around. It is an awesome vehicle that has never let us down. It has been serviced with new brakes and U joints this year so its ready for anything you can throw at it. The Yukon has a brake controller installed and I replaced the trailer hitch last year. It was showing some rust I did not like so I juts replaced it. (its the way I am) This one has an aftermarket DVD entertainment system which has saved me many a headache while travelling! The interior is very clean and from a smoke free family, carpets have some staining here and there but for what you are going buy this for it shouldn't bother you at all. Front seats are heated, rear captains chairs are awesome for easy access to the rear. I have the 3rd row bench seat which is in same condition as what you see but we never used it so its sitting in my garage, I will put it in prior to delivery. CD acts up occasionally when its cold, I have a brand new Sony with Bluetooth to link to your Iphone I will sell for 300 with the car, includes mount kit. Talk to me about it if you are interested. The truck has a set of sweet Weld Aluminum wheels with 285/65/16 all terrains. These will take you just about anywhere you want to go. This is the real deal, you can pull stumps with this if you wanted to its an animal. I replaced it with an 07 and I question the decision every time I drive this one but the 07 has lots of creature comfort and bells the 01 doesn't. Air in this one is ICE COLD!! Rear lines have been replaced with factory parts (@ 800.00). There is one stone chip in the windshield, been that way since I got it.Long Story short this is about as good as you will find for a truck from this era, clean hard working and reliable. The only known defects are the chipping paint on the body protectors and fender trim (pictured) and the LR bumper is slightly deformed where someone left their calling card in a parking lot but never owned up to it. 500 Deposit due in 48 hours (non refundable sorry) Any questions or want to drive it drop me a line we'll set something up.
