This is an Original 1972 Mercedes 280SE 4.5 Sedan. Purchased new at Hutchinson Motors Inc. in Walnut Creek, California. The original owners owned a real estate company & it was used mostly to drive around clients. The owner passed away leaving it to his wife in Long Beach, CA in 1978. From there it has barley been driven and always garage. Recently, the original owners wife was no longer able to drive & sold all of her vehicles. The odometer does show 89k miles. Fully documented with all the original warranty booklets, manuals, service, etc. from the dealer. Always been a California Car with its original Blue plates. Only has had one repaint the original color. Been garage kept since many, many years. Been maintained over the years and has never sat. Excellent undercarriage, structure & trunk compartment. A excellent example of a well kept Calif. car. Older one repaint that has it blemishes. All the interior is in great shape. In good running condition, transmission, brakes are fine. The air condition might need some work but it's complete. All The electric windows are in working condition.
