2006 Mazdaspeed6 Turbo AWD Up for grabs is my beloved mazdaspeed6. I have had it for over 3 years, and love driving it, but it needs to go. If you are not familiar with this car, it is a great drivers car, and sleeper as people do not recognize it. IT is turbo charged with AWD, has a manual 6 speed, in dash CD changer. UPDATEI have had several more question about the flood title, so I wanted to provide more information, and clarify a few things: I bought the car from a dealer, in running condition, so this is the information I was given at purchase: I was told that the original owner tried to cross through a flooded intersection that other cars were going through, and the cold air intake ingested the sitting rain water, based on the height of the intake this would probably need to be about 1 foot of water to happen. I was told that no water got into the car otherwise, just the motor, and if you research the speed forums that looks like it happens a lot with the cold air intake that is on this car, it sits very low by the front wheel. The dealer I bought it from had the motor rebuilt, I do not know who did that work, but he said the motor hydro locked and all the rods were replaced. From my inspection, I saw absolutely no sign of flood on the car, there are no odors, no visible rust. I have never pulled up the carpet, but the interior is actually quite nice, and clean in my opinion. I would never guess it was flood branded personally. I was told the branding was from the motor ingesting water through the cold air intake. There is a light "rattle" from the motor, I suspect a rod bearing or lifter. have driven less than 10 miles since I heard this, please listen to it here: http://youtu.be/AN_wksqlRxg The car starts etc without issue, but I have not had the time to investigate this issue with the rattle, and just need to let the car go to a new home, I've had it sitting almost 6 months now. I start it weekly and run the AC to keep things working. Please ask any questions prior to bidding, I encourage you to look at the car prior to bidding.
