I put a video on youtube of this bike running. Put " suicycleschopshop " in the youtube search box, and youll see my vids. It does smoke on start up, and it doesnt help that the mufflers are rusted (makes it look alot worst then it is). But the smoke gradually clears up. Also keep in mind, the oil is old, the gas is probably needing flush. I have done nothing but add fresh gas and start it up since I got this barn find. And the motor sounds just incredible. Snappy as it should be. The solenoid isnt working proper right now, but it fires first to second kick. Idles great. Revs great. Tires are junk. Chrome condition varies from not so nice, to wipe off the dust and it looks like new. The rims will clean up great (im showing where I wiped a couple spots with my finger and they shined like crazy).Right side cover has a crack spot. Tank is in great shape with just a light coat of surface grim on the top inner tube.There is one ding on the right about the size of a quarter. Paint has some normal fading from age. As far as restoration projects go, this is a great start. All the key elements are in place, and it runs (big bonus !). Clear title in hand. Buyer responsible for ALL shipping arrangements and costs.
