Vehicle Detail
I love this van but I need to sell it. I bought it 3 years ago to take across America on a road trip but I could never afford the trip. It has always gotten me where I need to go without any problems. It has always passed CT emissions without any problems. I haven't driven it since autumn of 2013 but it starts right up and I will change the oil before anyone picks it up. The van idles high, but all of the mechanics I have taken it to say this is ok, sometimes I don't even hit the gas while I'm on backroads and it coasts at 30mph. I recommend new tires for whoever buys it, especially if you are planning on driving in the rain. I had the brakelines done 2 years ago so they should be fine but I recommend getting those checked too considering that I haven't driven the van in a little while. The van is in great condition despite its age. The interior is beautiful and pink; it has a ton of character. The back has a couch that turns into a bed with a motorized button. It's actually really comfortable. The large back windows only open with a sliding window on the bottom, and the whole window has the option of two shades: one is opaque, the other blocks out all light/view. In front of the bed are two super comfortable bucket seats which match the driver and front passenger bucket seats. There is a small tv with a VCR, but the one tape I played was eaten so I think it needs some fixing. The runner lights, overhead spotlights, mood lights, and all other lights work. All mechanics work including the power windows. Van is equipped with a stereo with a tape deck, I am not sure if the tape deck works but the radio does. Also, there is a police/radar detector. I'm not sure if these are legal but it's pretty cool and it came with the van when I bought it. The exterior has normal wear and tear, some faded paint on the hood and some rust on the side, but you have to really look to see it. I think the van looks great every time I look at it. You are more than welcome to come check out the van in person but I work a busy schedule so please give me a few days notice. I would love to see this van go to a family or young road trippers :)
