For Sale: 1997 Honda CBR1100XX Blackbird motorcycle. 6 gear transmission. Starts, runs, shifts good. Stock exhaust system. Lots of power. Tires are about 50% all around. Brakes are good. Paint is good, few cracked/broken fairings and big scratches. New Fairings can be ordered to bring this motorcycle back to show room finish. A few minor defects: gas tank has a couple of barely noticeable dings, paint scratches on both mirrors have been touched up, front tire has a slow leak and needs air every few weeks...nothing major, just normal wear for a pre-owned motorcycle. I purchased the motorcycle pre-owned in 2004, thus I have specifics on maintenance records starting from this date, what I can say is that it has not given me any problems except for a dead battery after sitting all winter. I am selling because I don't have time to ride like I use to. I have a clean MD title in my name. I will not ship this motorcycle, buyer must pickup. I may deliver up to 100 mi radius for $1/mile both ways. Motorcycle has never been stored outside always garaged. Motorcycle may be inspected most evenings with appointment. $250 deposit required within 72 hrs (Paypal ok on deposit). Cash or cashiers check only for remaining balance, no PayPal.
