Vehicle Detail

This car is my daily driver. I live a few miles from Cheyenne and half of the miles I've put on the car are highway miles. I've owned the car over five years and didn't plan to sell it until a month ago when my brother in law offered me a great deal on his 2009 BMW 335ix. This car is a lot of fun to drive. I'm in my mid 50's and don't abuse my vehicles but I put the K&N intake on it cuz I like to hear it growl when I accelerate.....man’s got to enjoy the simple things!...I also enjoy the 5 speed manual tranny but stick shifts aren't for everyone so please know how to drive a stick if you are considering this car. When I purchased the car it had around 125,000 miles on it and I replaced the spark plugs, shocks, struts and brake rotors within the first few months. About three months after I purchased the car the water pump bearing was on its way out and momentarily seized which caused the plastic cooling fan to fly apart under the hood, a common problem on older BMWs, according to BMW forums. Due to this, the mechanical fan was replaced with an electric fan, all the belts and cooling system hoses were replaced, radiator replaced with an aftermarket all aluminum radiator which cools much more efficiently, and of course the water pump was replaced. The headlight bulbs were recently replaced. Interior wise I had the driver's seat covering replaced in the high wear areas which were worn from getting in and out of the car. The headliner was sagging in places so I had it replaced as well. The CD player (5 CD changer in trunk) and cassette deck work fine but the digital display is so dim it can only be seen at night. All other digital displays (heater/AC settings, outside temp, etc.) are adequately lit and functional. Aside from the normal small dents, dings and scratches the car still looks nice and still gets compliments. There is no visible body rust on this car. I serviced the car regularly and use Mobil One Oil in all my vehicles. The engine runs perfectly and I will do a diagnostic scan of the car, with the buyer, and include the Carsoft type OBD2 interface and a service manual in the deal. The original owner’s manuals also come with the car. This car is not perfect, no car that is over 17 years old and regularly driven is, but it is very nice for its age and has plenty of miles left in it. Clear Wyoming Title in my possession. To sum it up the car has a few small dents, dings, scratches and other flaws as shown in the pictures but the car is in very good condition for its age. Headliner replaced last summer. Battery was replaced 1.5 years ago. Sumotomo tires front and rear, rears replaced six months ago, fronts have far over half the tread remaining. AC works well. Ready to drive home On Jun-09-14 at 09:25:11 PDT, seller added the following information: The shocks, struts and ball joints were replaced within the first year after I purchased the car (approximately 55,000 miles ago).
