I bought just the shell in 1997 and had Al Hovis Engines in St Peters build a 400 hp 350 small block and a 350 turbo transmission with shift kit. 1972 Pontiac Firebird Formula, not rusted, has been garaged and not driven the past 10 years, 6 months ago went from garage to car cover. Will need i believe to run a carburator, flywheel, starter and battery. Battery is wired to the trunk, no wheel wells in front, tubbed wheel wells in the rear, shaved door handles with push buttons to open, roll cage, not a crack in the dash, no tears on the seats or headliner and not rusted out.
