These vehicles are mostly trade-ins from local new car dealerships and other dealers in the area. I buy and sell these vehicles "as-traded". They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. I want you to know exactly what you are buying so you can bid with confidence. Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a very nice 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis LS sedan. This full size sedan was a trade-in at a local Ford dealership. This is a very nice looking car that was clearly well cared for. This car came with a current CarFax report showing it has had dealer service all the way up to current and a copy of the annual safety inspection report from the Ford dealership showing the work that was just done. I purchased this car with the intention of using it as my personal driver. I’ve put several hundred miles on it, but I found something that I like even more, so the Mercury is getting sold. As you can see in the pictures, this is a good looking car. The paint is one of my favorites, a color called Spruce Green Metallic. It is a metallic silver with a hint of green. The body on this car is in nice shape. If you look closely, you can see a few blemishes. All the doors open wide to make it easy to get in and out. The trunk is huge. The alloy wheels contrast nicely with the paint. They are wrapped in a matching set of radials with good tread all around. The automatic headlights and intermittent wipers work well. The interior is a light leather. It is clean, comfortable, and free of cigarette smell or other unpleasant odors. The power front seats are very comfortable, even on long drives, and adjust easily. The rear seat has plenty of legroom and can reasonably fit 3 across. The power windows, locks, and mirrors all work well. The automatic climate control is somewhat erratic. Sometimes you get nice cold A/C, sometimes not. The system has been diagnosed as having a faulty blend door actuator, which means that the hot air from the heater sometimes blows instead of cold air from the A/C even though the A/C is on and running properly. The factory stereo sounds quite nice. The digital dash is bright and easy to read. This car drives very well. I like these big cruisers because they ride so well on the highway. The 4.6L V8 engine in this car fires up easily and makes good power. It moves the car effortlessly. The automatic transmission shifts well. The steering is smooth and easy. The suspension soaks up bumps well. The potentially troublesome air-ride rear suspension has the popular conversion to coil springs. This ensures there will be no future expensive air bag or valve block repairs while retaining the comfortable ride that you expect from a Mercury. The ABS brakes stop the car well and the traction control prevents rear wheel spin. There are no check engine lights. The March 2015 PA annual safety and emissions inspections were performed by the Ford dealer. Thanks for looking at my auctions and good luck bidding. These vehicles are mostly trade-ins from local new car dealerships and other dealers in the area. I buy and sell these vehicles "as-traded". They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. They have the wear and tear associated with age and mileage.

Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a very nice 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis LS sedan. This full size sedan was a trade-in at a local Ford dealership. This is a very nice looking car that was clearly well cared for. This car came with a current CarFax report showing it has had dealer service all the way up to current and a copy of the annual safety inspection report from the Ford dealership showing the work that was just done. I purchased this car with the intention of using it as my personal driver. I’ve put several hundred miles on it, but I found something that I like even more, so the Mercury is getting sold.
As you can see in the pictures, this is a good looking car. The paint is one of my favorites, a color called Spruce Green Metallic. It is a metallic silver with a hint of green. The body on this car is in nice shape. If you look closely, you can see a few blemishes. All the doors open wide to make it easy to get in and out. The trunk is huge. The alloy wheels contrast nicely with the paint. They are wrapped in a matching set of radials with good tread all around. The automatic headlights and intermittent wipers work well.
The interior is a light leather. It is clean, comfortable, and free of cigarette smell or other unpleasant odors. The power front seats are very comfortable, even on long drives, and adjust easily. The rear seat has plenty of legroom and can reasonably fit 3 across. The power windows, locks, and mirrors all work well. The automatic climate control is somewhat erratic. Sometimes you get nice cold A/C, sometimes not. The system has been diagnosed as having a faulty blend door actuator, which means that the hot air from the heater sometimes blows instead of cold air from the A/C even though the A/C is on and running properly. The factory stereo sounds quite nice. The digital dash is bright and easy to read.
This car drives very well. I like these big cruisers because they ride so well on the highway. The 4.6L V8 engine in this car fires up easily and makes good power. It moves the car effortlessly. The automatic transmission shifts well. The steering is smooth and easy. The suspension soaks up bumps well. The potentially troublesome air-ride rear suspension has the popular conversion to coil springs. This ensures there will be no future expensive air bag or valve block repairs while retaining the comfortable ride that you expect from a Mercury. The ABS brakes stop the car well and the traction control prevents rear wheel spin. There are no check engine lights.
The March 2015 PA annual safety and emissions inspections were performed by the Ford dealer.

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
