I need to sell my little car, as there are three of us now – and this only sits two. I have owned it for the past twelve years; now it is time for someone else to keep this old car going. The car runs great and has been well kept. The engine and transmission were rebuilt about eight years ago and have around 3,000 miles on them. The car has lots of extras, including minilite wheels, a wooden steering wheel, mallory distributor, spin on oil filter, modified exhaust header and weber carburetor (I will include the old SU carb as well). The top is in good shape, but I rarely drove with it on. I also have a dust cover, and a tonneau cover ready for fit up and snaps. I think the car was repainted by the previous owner, which would have been about fifteen years ago. I have included photos to indicate the state of the body - including the inside trunk, wheel wells, door posts (which typically rust through) and one of the underside of the floor board. I would be happy to facetime or skype if you want to see video of the car - as I think the car is in good shape. I generally drove this car around town to go to work or pick up groceries. It is peppy; you can race through all four of the gears and still be under the speed limit. I think it could travel long distances, but I wouldn't recommend it for a first experience.
