We bought it from the California estate of a friend’s father after his father passed away. It’s been garaged at our home since day one. The odometer shows 74554 miles, and I believe that is accurate. We never drove it much except for an occasional drive down the Las Vegas Strip. While it is a great car to drive, we bought others and this 1967 Pontiac Bonneville hasn’t been licensed since 2006. Since then, rather than start it, we had it trailered twice to our mechanic who drained the fuel tank and lines, checked the mechanics, changed the oil and did routine maintenance. This car is certainly solid, but like any older vehicle, it isn’t perfect. Despite always being garaged, the red lacquer paint on the hood and trunk surface has faded. The seats have one separation of about 5 inches on the seam of the driver’s seat, the dash is split, and the upholstery could use a cleaning. The hydraulics for the convertible roof were a little weak in 2006 and we haven’t test them. Some tonneau snaps are missing or have pulled though the material in several locations. The convertible top is solid but showing some loose stitching. The shift indicator doesn’t work, but the transmission was strong the last time out of the garage. When we last drove it all mechanical systems seemed sound. However, we make no warrantee either stated or implied about the condition of the vehicle, its operability, drivability or any other factor or consideration. It is sold as is. We hand washed this car prior to taking the most recent photos, but we did not detail it, preferring to have you see it as it is without cosmetics.
