Please read carfully 1981 Porsche 911 SC Targa Factory Conversion and European specs! NO RESERVE! This car is going home to the highest bidder. Ebay would not except the VIN#WP0ZZZ91ZBS141676 This is because the vin is from Germany. This is a very rare 1981 Porsche 911 SC with factory "ALL STEEL" slant nose, wide body conversion. We had the Porsche dealership in Portland come out to look at the car and they said "it was factory conversion." Only 1000 of these were made from 1981-1989. This Porsche was the first year the conversion was offered. The Porsche was shipped here in 1985 from Germany. So the car has all the Germany specs. The European model has 204hp vs. United states model of 180hp. The old owner started have some fuel pump issues and the car has sat for over 10 years. The old owner abandoned the car at his girlfriends house and left back to Germany. I found the car in the girfriends garage under a pile of boxes. I couldn't believe it! I bought the Porsche just to save it from being further destroyed. The Porsche only comes with a bill of sale and a release of interest from the DMV. We went through all of the legal processes with the DMV and the Sheriffs department to obtain ownership of the car. Over all condition of car is OK. Body is straight as an arrow. No rust. Interior is in OK condition. Someone took the radio out and was messing around with the dash. Left side interior door panel is damaged and needs to probably be replaced. The motor still turns over but is not getting fuel to the motor. I do not know enough about these motors to tinker with it. The turbo version of this car sells in the $100,000.00 range. I doubt there is another one of these in the states. When I called Porsche USA they said this was the first one they new of in the states like this. I am not a big Porsche guy. We are pricing this car to sell. It is taking up room and must go. This car needs some work and reflecs in the price. This car is being sold as is. I hope the car finds a good home. Please call for questions or any offers (503) 341-9955 $1000 down payment required in 24 hrs. of auction closing.
