1965 MustangThe car has been sitting for a couple years, I bought it from a gentleman who bought it from the estate of people who he had worked for.The fuel filter was very dirty, I put a new one in and drained what I could from the tank. The car started right up. It does smoke, but I am sure it still has some old gas, so I put in a few additives, including Marvel Mystery oil, I also have not changed the oil yet. The front toe boards are rusted through, a few other spots as pictured in photos, the quarters have lower rust, but they are still the OEM panels, the drop down panels are not to bad, I have fixed a much more rusted Mustangs. The rails look good. The clutch return spring was broken, I bought a spring from the hardware store to drive the car. YOU CAN NOT BEAT A V8 MUSTANG WITH A STICK SHIFT. It has cherry bomb mufflers which makes it sound like a stock car. (not my style for this car) EASY RESTORATION!!!Call if you wish 547-286-2223
