CLEAN TITLE!!! HAVE TITLE IN HAND!! This is a great bike!! I bought it with the aftermarket fairings already on it, and decided not to replace them because it was my first bike and I figured I'd damage them while learning the in's and out's, but they're pretty clean, with the exception of a few paint chips here and there. See below for a list of modifications. I bought the bike with everything already installed, but I know it was all installed by a master mechanic. The tires are still pretty new, they've only got about 800 miles on them.
