Vehicle Detail
Purchased new for 52 year old experienced motorcyclist (me) at Golden Gate Cycles in San Francisco in 2009, new old stock. This is the large wheel model for teens and shorter adults. Heavier BBR springs installed for 200lb rider, stock springs included in sale. Ridden for approximately 3 hours total, 1 hour each on 3 annual weekend camping trips on dry National Forest fire roads. Otherwise kept in my dry garage. A really good little motorcycle, not just for kids by any means, it does great with me on it and I never felt like it was too small. I have a 28" inseam and my feet can touch the ground. Just about any other dirt bike I tried was too tall for me to feel confident on. A 200lb adult can ride it as is, or you can put the stock springs back on in 1/2 hour for a lightweight teen or small adult to ride. All stock except for MSR bar-busters and "pull up" straps. Current green sticker reg included. Has a few purely cosmetic marks on the plastic bodywork as you'd expect on a dirt bike, mostly from catching my boots when getting on and off or black plastic cables touching light colored bodywork. The marks can be removed with some Goo Gone & fine sanding paper and a little elbow grease. Nothing is rusted, bent or broken. Tires are stock, nearly new as well. There is no fading of the paint, seat or graphics. I am happy to talk to you about the bike, send me a note here with your number and I will call promptly. You can come see and start the bike in the San Francisco bay area. Sold with no reserve, and I will not go lower than my starting bid price. Once you make a bid you are entering into a contract to purchase this motorcycle. The "buy it now" is any price you choose to put in that's over the starting price or a competing bid. Simple! I am selling because I'm not using it, and I need the garage space more than I need a dirt bike.
