1965 Mustang GT350 Fastback tribute 2+2 This is an “A” coded car! It was professionally restored from the ground up, painted white with blue racing stripes also painted on. The car is currently being kept by my father-n-law near Birmingham Alabama. He drives it occasionally to car shows. It has a clean title in hand and it’s currently registered in Tennessee (my home state). I am active military currently stationed overseas. I’ve owned it for about 10 years. It was professionally restored which took about 4 years and is picture perfect, top to bottom. Due to my father-n-laws recent move, he can no longer care for and store it. As much as I travel, I’ve decided to put it up for sale. I could list everything that is new on the car but there’s no need. It’s nearly all new or redone as would be expected from a 4 year ground up restoration. The rebuilt 289 has been bored out w/ mild racing cam installed. Nickel plated headers w/ dual exhaust. Front disk brakes and 4-speed manual transmission. New weather-stripping all the way around. Brand new pony interior (black in color) with antique looking AM/FM radio capable of playing CD’s (would need to have cd deck mounted in truck) or MP3’s (Ipod cord located in ash tray). I recently installed the mickey mouse ears over the steering column. The clock and tach both work but need to be wired up. I have new fog lights for the front grill that have not been installed. My plan was to recess them into the grill similar to the new GT mustangs. It drives as good as it looks.
