1951 Chevy 3100 truck. Short bed 1/2 ton. This is a great truck. Starts on first try. Floor starter pedal. New battery. Drives down the road smooth, tight and straight. The truck has great patina, with some rust and sun wear (see pics). New 15" tires, new exhaust, original hubcaps with trim rings. Engine, transmission and rear end oil recently changed. Converted to 12v with alternator, new starter switch, new door panels and sunvisors, updated wiring, all gauges work except the speedometer. Dash lights work, heater works, wipers are operable but need additional vacuum, new brakes, emergency brake works, doors and windows operate great, steering is tight, needs the bed wood replaced or keep as is to add to the patina style. Seat is in very good shape with one tear behind the drivers back. Fllor mat is new. Headlights (high and low beam), parking lights, brake lights, turn signals, flashers all work great. Does not burn oil. Newer heater hoses. Glass is excellent. Four speed transmission works great. The 235 engine runs like a clock. Jump in this truck and drive anywhere. Truck is for sale locally so seller has the right to end auction early.
