1936 Hupmobile Aerodynamic Coupe This is an ultra rare two door coupe Hupmobile that was styled by Raymond Lowery. There were only a handful of these beautiful cars built. The more common four door version is occasionally seen at car shows, but this is one of the only two door coupes that I have ever seen. The lines are very stylish and advanced for the period, somewhat evoking the Tear drop Talbots of the time. The car is a very solid example and a great project for a restoration. It is missing very few pieces and has very little surface rust. It is one of America’s best prewar designs, created by one of America’s most influential designers.
