Vehicle Detail

If you are looking for a bike to put in a museum, this is not your bike. If you want a bike you can paint your fingernails on whilst you ride, this is not your bike. If you have had a Starbucks drink of any sort in the past year, this bike is not for you. If you want to cruise the shopping mall and pick up chicks with your foreign bike, this is definitely not the bike for you. Move on to another Ebay listing with more bling.... However, if you want to get to the wilderness where it is pristine and unspoiled by man - If you like being off-road and don't care much about high speed - If you are looking for baddest little American Made 2 wheel drive tank you can find - this bike might just be for you. Rokon needs no introduction. If you don't know what they are, then look it up. The bike runs perfect, sounds like an angry chainsaw, and stops as it should. New fuel filter, new air filter, new chains, tires are great/grippy, new professionally covered seat, added seat springs, rear hitch attachment, automatic centrifical clutch (like snow machines). Throttle and go. Brake and stop. No shifting. I have painted it with Rustoleum desert camo tan on the tank and black elsewhere. The guy I bought it from used Rustoleum as well. If you hit it with a high pressure washer the paint will peel off revealing the ugly scout green from yesteryear. I suggest that after you scratch it up, touch it up with gloss black paint as well. The guy I bought it from only used it once in four years in a parade! Poor thing! I cut out the ends of the grips to put in brush guards but never got around to putting them on the bike. The rear chain is the original, and will probably need to be replaced in a few years. Roller 40 chain at the hardware store ($10). I have a wood base cutout for a passenger seat that fits on the rear rack. The kickstand is meant to be short - it is supposed to be used as a pivot to turn the bike around if you find something blocks your way. I have not turned around from anything yet! So it has some rocks under the kickstand in the photos just to make it stand more upright for the photos. Look, I'll be straight with you - I bought this to ride it in the mountains, over rocks, through mud, across streams, and up ridiculous hills. It has always delivered. My point is it is not pristine, as in I have used it. It has scratches and dings. It runs great and just needs a new home. There is no odometer so there is no way of knowing how many miles it has. Ask questions in Ebay and I will answer you as quick as I can. Please get permission from your wife/girlfriend/boyfriend and ask any questions before you bid. $500 non-refundable deposit in 24 hours with balance due in 5 days. I'll keep it here as long as you like. If you wait two months to pick it up, I'm taking it back out into the hills.
