A 1958 2 door Mercedes Benz. This is a 220 s model. I am selling this car for my girlfriend who has owned it for 12 years. It has been in her family for over 35 years. I do not know anything about these vehicles except what I have learned in very recent history watching previous internet sales. We have put a reserve on this vehicle that we believe is reasonable according to what we have observed. I'm sure that if we are not within a reasonable range, then you guys that are experts will dictate its fair value. This vehicle runs and drives absolutely fantastic. I believe anything on it is original from the factory. The radio inside is an add on. It is not a perfect car, it is over 56 years old. It has surface rust, oxidation in the chrome and the woods finish is worn. The interior is presentable but is not perfect. The headliner probably needs the most attention. It is missing the Mercedes emblem on the grill. This car is very solid and drives very good. It has a 4-speed transmission that shifts on the steering column. It is a 6-cylinder engine. Its real quiet when it runs. The oil pressure gauge shows perfect pressure. The other gauges also work. That's about all I can tell you. The pictures can probably answer more questions that I can.
