This is a 1966 AMC Ambassador with 66,000 original miles and rust free,this car features the 232 inline 6 cylinder engine and a manual 3 speed on the column,manual steering,4 wheel drum brakes work great,original AM stereo works great, paint is in excellent condition with the exception of a scratch on the passenger rear quarter panel,all electrical components work like new as do all mechanical components,the interior is in excellent original condition and only has 2 very minor spot ive repaired in the drivers seat,it has brand new BFGOODRICH RADIAL T/A tires all around and also comes with a nice set of keystone raiders as well, this car runs and drives as good as it looks and you wont be dissapointed with the condition of the car, i also have a V8 setup for this car with a 287 AMC v8 had someone want to change the drivetrain in the future and i have power steering and a spare front end,rear end,transmission, and power steering set up, and ac components as well....happy bidding On Apr-16-14 at 18:47:15 PDT, seller added the following information: I also want to add that the car runs amazing and is very quiet and smooth,and rest assured your bidding on a very clean and well looked after car, if this car didn't have the scratch on the quarter panel i would consider it in excellent original condition, if there were any other issues I would post them so what you see in the description is what your bidding on......it doesnt have any hidden surprises and doesnt have any body filler or any other bad body work.....I've had this car for 3 years as a car show cruiser and just want to move on to something else.....and when i mentioned it comes with spare parts it comes with a complete under carriage from a 1966 amc with a 287 engine and transmission....engine,transmission,torque tube,rear end, front sub frame/cross-member,power steering pump and steering box, tie rods ect....The only reason i got the other parts was because i wanted to do a v8 conversion on it but i cant justify tearing an original 66,000 mile 50yr old car apart when its perfectly fine as is....
