1962 Ford Thunderbird – Runs and Drives Well – Body Straight, No Dents – ALL CHROME INTACT!!! SUMMARY: This 1962 Ford Thunderbird 2-Door Hardtop is an awesome vehicle - the Thunderbird is a legend in itself and this one is in really good shape. The car runs and drives, goes through every gear flawlessly, with a 390 motor. It has a swing-away steering wheel. It is an ORIGINAL A/C car, so it has all air conditioning vents, although it needs the a/c unit. Body is straight with no dents but some rust. Frame is good. Paint is faded and needs new paint job. Car has ALL CHROME pieces. Interior is in great shape, seats have been reupholstered. It has power windows. The mileage on the car reads 16,021.
