Vehicle Detail

This is a great car for driving and would need very little to be restored. It starts right up and still gets 30 MPG around town. The body is strong with some minor surface rust and two small patches of through metal rust (one in the rear fender well and one under the rear passenger seat), which should be easy to repair. The drivers side rocker panel seems to have been fixed at some point and the body filler is cracked, but I haven't investigated it too much. The top coat on the roof is flaking, but has not exposed metal. All of the trim parts are present and in pretty good shape, but the front bumper has a pretty good crease in it. The lights and turn signals are all crack-free and all of them work. All of the electrical works, except for the radio. I think this may be the speaker, which has dry rotted. Also the fuel gauge doesn't work, which I believe is the sender unit, but I have not fixed because it doesn't really affect the driving. The wipers work fine, but the windshield washer setup needs work. I have the original pump bag reservoir, but it's not currently hooked up. I also have the original oil bath air filter, but it is not currently installed. The interior does not have a headliner. The rear parcel shelf needs to be recovered. The rear seat (MB-Tex) is sun damaged and brittle and will need replacing. The dash has some cracking, but no more than expected in a 47 year old car. All of these are available from various upholstery sources. All of the interior trim is present. At times I have used it as such. I have tried to be as candid as possible here, and I'll gladly answer any questions.
