Up for sale is my 2001 M5 with 102k miles. I purchased this car from a local dealer about a year ago and, while I love it, I'm just not using it enough to keep - it sits in my garage in NYC. Other than driving it around the block every few weeks, I don't take it for a real drive more than once every 2 months. Thus, paying $500/mo in parking plus insurance costs doesn't make sense anymore. The car runs and drives great. It has had no accidents to my knowledge (don't have full service records but have Carfax). I put the car up for sale a few weeks ago but the Service Engine Soon light came on so I took the listing down temporarily. I took the car to the shop and it needs new catalytic converters. Since I'm selling the car anyway I thought I'd let the buyer decide on where/how/if to service the car. I'm a bit OCD, and so since purchasing the car I have replaced several parts, all from the factory, totaling over $5,000. These are: 1.) Front breaks 2.) Engine motor mount 3.) Rear struts 4.) Blemishes: the one noticeable blemish is a small hole in the front bumper - I included a picture of it. The rims have some rash, but I took pictures to show it's not substantial.
