very nice older restoration. body in very good condition as well as paint, trim, glass, electrical, wood, frame suspension etc. has v8 221 cu in flathead motor that is very clean but in unknown condition due to sitting for almost 10 years. would probably need water pumps (very common on flatheads to replace after sitting), battery, and fluid changed to run. would make a fine addition to a private collection, museum, commercial decor, etc.. was only driven locally on occasion and a few parades. tires nearly new. has title
