The time has come to sell our 2003 300M Special. The car is Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl Coat with a Dark Slate Gray Leather interior. Has 77,800mi on it and has been garage kept the entire time we have had it. We are the original owners. We are non smokers, so no smells or odors in the car. In addition to all the goodies that come standard on a Special, this car has the 18" wheels including the full size spare (has never touched the pavement) along with Side Air Bags and a Power Moonroof. Tires have about 5,000 miles on them. They are Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus UHP tires, Nitrogen filled. Also at the time of last tire install I replaced all 5 TMPS sensors. One in the spare was bad, so I figured rest weren't far behind so just replaced all 5 with new ones. Timing belt, tensioner and Water Pump all replaced at 66k miles (April of 2012). The O-ring around the water pump was failing and leaving a puddle on my garage floor, so went ahead and got all of it done at the same time. Antifreeze was flushed/refilled with Zerex G-05. Transmission solenoid pack and valve body were replaced at 57k miles. Trans was refilled with ATF+4. Front brakes and rotors were replaced in July of 2012. California Emissions has passed every time I've taken it. Most recent one was in February of 2014 for the registration renewal. If you buy the car in California for use here, the registration has been paid through April of 2015. I have the window sticker and build sheet saved as well. Everything in the car works as it should. The drivers side floor mat has a hole worn in it where my wife drove it in heels every day to and from work. The carpet under the mat shows some wear in the same location. The carpeting in the rest of the car is pristine and clean. Some wear is present on the drivers seat, but the rest are all in great shape. The dash has the same crack in it as every other M in existence now, on the pass side. The car will leave a spot (nickel to quarter sized) of oil on the garage floor if parked for extended periods. Car shows a clean CarFax report as well as clean Autocheck. Also had vehicle appraised at Carmax and I have the inspection report for that was well. I also have receipts for all the work that has been done and can send them upon request. Reserve price is set below KBB Private Party sale pricing for good condition. Vehicle is also for sale locally so auction may be unlisted if sale is completed here. The actual condition of the car according to the descriptors on KBB.com is between Good and Very Good. It fills in all the boxes for you except for the Side Air Bags, Premium Audio and Sliding Sun Roof. I checked this price not only in my zip code, but random ones throughout the country to see if there was much of a difference and there was really no difference in the pricing. And no, I'm not going to stop the auction and sell it to you for below what I was offered on Trade-in or what Carmax offered to pay.
