This is my dad’s 1965 Mustang coupe, which has a rebuilt V-8 engine with less than 5000 miles on it, and a good C-4 transmission. The drive train is excellent. The car was painted about two years ago in Rangoon Red and a new white vinyl top was added. The car is beautiful. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being excellent, I would rate the paint and bodywork as a 7. On close examination, some of the bodywork is slightly wavy. The engine compartment is very clean and looks exceptionally nice. The trunk and underneath are also very clean. The interior is red and black with a touch of white and has several new parts including a dash pad, seat upholstery, carpet, headliner, door panels and kick panels. The interior is absolutely beautiful. The tires are in really good shape. The glass is good except the windshield has some cloudiness around the edges. The chrome is good. The bumpers are in fair condition. The car does not have a working radio. The radio pictured under the dash does not come with the car, it is just an am/fm radio. The exhaust system is dual straight pipes and sounds good. Overall, this is a beautifully restored Mustang. This car starts, drives, rides and looks good and gets a lot of thumb’s up!
