This is a very rare example of the few 1971 280SE 3.5 Coupe that was fully loaded from the factory, because it was fitted with a 4 speed automatic transmission, with console shifter, leather seats, Behr A/C, Becker radio with automatic antenna, electric sunroof and power windows! Originally, this car was purchased by an ambassador of Costa Rica and it only has 27,000 original kilometers and has been in storage most of its life. Me being a motorcar head and race engine builder I decided to remove the engine and replace the moving parts with new original ones where all of them received high tech coatings like the new race engines, therefore, this engine will be brand new and will exceed in performance and durability and will have zero kms on it.
