Late 1931 Model A Rumble Seat Coupe with indented firewall. Fully restored with emphasis on mechanicals and drivability. Completed 3 years ago, took 5+ years. Done by a retired old school mechanic for himself. 1000 miles since. $20,000 parts & car no labor. Beautiful car to see. Crisp and clean underneath and thru-out. Naturally a few dings or small scratches but not very noticeable, however there is the typical 2 inch crack in the driver side front fender-see photo. Also a paint curtain on passengers door-see photo. A good paint job but not as many hours in it as in the working parts of the car. All operational Fiberglass parts: Rear deck lid and both rear fenders all other is steel. Original rear fenders included. Engine all rebuilt with new parts except crank and cam which are fine. 1932 distributor (no need to set spark on starts). Be sure to never get rid of the rare side bowl carb. 6V alternator, lightened v8 flywheel and clutch, oil filter, new radiator. Battery yesterday. All new interior, floor boards, chrome and interior parts. Very clean thought refinishing without careless over sprays or fast low grade work. Refinished thru out and excellent chrome. Road worthy. Has turn signals discreetly in bumpers, driving lights, shut off for power and gas under the hood. Good gauges. Excellent tires, roof and spare material coverings. Runs, drives and stops well as well as an eye catcher. Cruses up to 50. Speedometer works fine. Odometer stopped at 19 miles. Rear shocks have not been installed, have reconditioned ones included.
