I am the original owner and have maintained this bike very well. This is not your average 400. I have it set up with Houser +3 long travel suspension, Elka quad rate remote res long travel shocks, Houser +1+1 steering stem. All stock motor (strong, but stock) so you don't have to worry about anything done wrong with the powerplant. I do have Curtis Sparks X6 full line exhaust, Curtis Sparks degree key, Sparks CDI so all match. Twin Air Pro Flow system, not just filter. Carb adjusted to compliment entire engine setup, and it does, this bike has been old faithful since it rolled off showroom, never let me down and always got to ride whenever & wherever I was. Maier plastics with no lights. This bike is clean & streamline. Rear suspension and motocross linkage done by Andy Maul of Maultech ATV (he's among the best). Gusseted frame. Douglas Shamrock beadlocks in rear on 18's, fronts are 20's (Holeshots all around), a true motocross setup. Dura Blue Eliminator 2+4 axcel. Protaper bars, Magura hydraulic clutch (a dream), Roll Design shifter/brake lever and other stuff I have forgotten. Never raced "legitly" spent many days at track and pit riding. Never seen mud and always respected. Past 5 years it has been the cruise around bike. . ..4-5 times a year. It is very even balanced and easy to ride and power is very manageable due to setup. Front right rim has a flat spot on inside. Never bother me when riding nor has it affected the performance. DurBlue eliminator axcel is bent just enough to notice when free spinning on stand. I've never noticed when riding. It has been this way for a long time. Truth be told, never seen a durablue that wasnt bent. One head bolt is stripped and has been for years. Was going to fix when i had to rebuild top end which hasnt happened yet and dosent need it for many more hours. It hasent affected anything, not even oil leak from head gasket yet. The suspension setup is the best i've ever rode. Will not own another bike without it, night and day difference over stock. Shipping: Buyer is responsible for shipping.
