1961 Manx style Dune Buggy 1776 CC VW engine, new EMPI carb, new fuel pump , the ignition system has been upgraded to a coil pack made by Compu-Pro, distributor less ignition system so no points to deal with , TWO OIL COOLERS one is in the factory location, the other is mounted on the roll cage, It has an electric thermostat fan to help keep the engine cool, a VDO speedo and tachometer both work great, Sunpro volt meter, New Empi seats , seat belts, head lights, tail lights, blinkers and horn all making it street legal. we have a Nevada Title in hand.It starts right up runs great. Tires are like brand new. Radio Shack trc-446 cb radio. Diamond Plate dash. Driver side seat is on a slider so you can adjust it, passenger side is mounted as far back as possible our 6'2'' tall son has no problem in the seats This buggy was taken on the Manx Club event in the fall 2008 Death Valley Run and the fall 2009 Tahoe Run, with Bruce Meyers.
