This lot consists of a Brand New 2013 G37xS Infiniti that was acquired by a secured party. The Car was obtained after the insurance company paid out its full value in a claim. This 2013 Infinity G37xS took on some water damage while being transported from Japan into the USA via cargo ship. The original port of origin was Philadelphia PA., The ship took on water during its voyage, it was hit by a wave in mid-ocean, thus primarily creating water damage to the vehicle’s Electronics. The Cars are titled in New York and are marked “Parts Only”. The Cars are not required to be sold “Export Only” however the prudent buyer would understand that they can be exported “Parts Only” and then repaired and re-titled in the destination Country. Once the electronics are repaired these cars are brand new at a ¼ of the original MSRP Dealer Price.
