It belongs to my 35 year old nephew. Up until about six months ago it was his daily driver. He had it professionally maintained when he lived in Savannah Georgia. He developed a relationship with a successful doctor and they moved to California. She bought him a new car, there. He was going to drive the jeep from Georgia to California and trade it in, but she did not want him to take the time to do this. So he left it parked in front of my sister's house in Atlanta. Neighbors began complaining and she asked me to move it to my warehouse home where we have plenty of room. The owner has signed all paperwork and the car is ready to be transferred to a new owner. M wife and I have driven it about 500 miles and have had no issues at all. It runs great, starts every time and is a very good car. I trust this car to the point that my wife, who is 66 drives it on errands and we have never been concerned that it would be a problem. The tires are good and it does not seem to leak anything, nor burn oil, but I only have about 500 miles driving experience with it. I have not seen any rust other than some very light surface rust on one of the hood hinges. It could use a good wax job and I think it would really shine. I just waxed a spot on the hood and it really shines. I don't think that nephew drove any off-road with it as there are no major scratches as might be experienced by branches dragging on it. It Currently did pass emissions, but he had to have something minor fixed. There is more information in the ad if you click on the link. Personally I like the car and feel good about it. We have a van or or I would keep it because it can hold a lot of groceries and my wife likes to shop. I am not a car dealer and have told you about all that I know. Also the car is missing a part of the roof rack. I have the part, which is damaged but don't know if it is complete and could be reattached. I do not know of any other surprises or problems. It could stand a good cleaning! Please realize the car is sold "as is" and if you have questions or want to bring a mechanic when you come to get it - or before the auction ends - please do so.
