Up for sale is a beautiful, VINTAGE, all original 1978 Honda XL 125. The speedo cable just stopped working at 1,265 original miles. I purchased the bike from the 2nd owner last week with the intention of riding it to the beach. However, I just found out I need shoulder surgery which is now scheduled for next month. I took the bike to Mission MotorSports in OC for a complete safety check. All is well and I have the paperwork. Everything else works, blinkers, light, horn, etc. Starts up every time with one light kick. 2nd owner recently serviced the bike and rebuilt the carb. I purchased a new replacement seat cover, and new speedo cable as those are the only things not perfect. I also bought the Clymer service and repair manual to keep the bike in good shape.
