Very reliable and solid 1995 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L, 4 cylinders, Automatic, AC, Radio, and Power door locks. The small pickup has approximately 170,000 miles. The pickup is the base model. It’s a work pickup or a daily driver that I’ll describe below as best as possible. The truck is mechanically sound and can be driven anywhere. I’m the second owner and my father was the original owner. Mechanically Every repair and maintenance done to this vehicle has been logged from the first day. Every bolt, panel, or part replaced has been logged with the date, miles, and cost. Regular oil changes have been done every 3,000 miles or less. The oil changes have been set at 2500 to insure the oil changes take place before the 3000 miles. Truck doesn’t leak or burn oil. Tires are Goodyear rated at 700 thread wear and were replaced back in April 2012. They have approx. 18,000 miles on them. Some other items replaced are as follows: Radiator 1/29/12 @ 150,026 miles AC compressor 9/28/11 @ 145,594 miles Battery on 5/14/12 @ 152,880 miles Interior The AC works great. The bench seat has always been covered with seat covers. There are small rips on the lower part of the driver’s seat. The carpet is in good condition and the mats are included. The doors have aftermarket power locks installed for easy access on those rainy days. The truck has an alarm system that can be armed or disabled with the valet switch. The original radio was upgraded. The current radio has a SD card slot and a USB port as well as a CD player. The current radio has a detachable face plate for security. Exterior The truck was repainted back in April 30,2007 at 106,951 miles. The paint is faded and dull. However, there are no rust issues to repair. Years ago someone hit the driver’s side rear while I was shopping. The pickup was parked (not moving). The damage was minor and no report was filed. There was no damage to the frame and It was repaired. See several pictures of driver’s rear area. One of the pictures is from under the pickup. You can see there’s no damage to the frame or body supports. All the windows are original. There are no water leaks in the cabin. The driver’s door handle is not as smooth as the passenger side, but it works every time. The truck has a topper and a bed liner. Please feel free to contact me if you need more info or pictures.
